Guest guest Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! Last night I was able to get in more of a workout!! So to recap. In the AM I did 13 plus moves and ten minuted off of the Tony Horton BB Sampler P90 Masters Series Cardio. At night I did Kickbox Underground which came in the mail, Ten minutes of YBB Cardio a Go-Go which is on the sampler, ten minutes cardio on my own and the Slim in Six: Six Minute Aalso on the sampler. I really really liked Kickbox Underground. The music is the exact same canned music fro the Quick Fix Cardio Kickboxing workout with Janis Saffell. But it is still motivating. The set looks like a rockwall and whomever filmed the video knew less about a camera than my 1 year old niece. Terrible. But Guillarmo (sp?) is charming and his accent and spanish do keep you entertained per 's earlier post. He builds upon one combo throughout the workout. I'm usually not a fan of this...because what if you hate the combo? But i really did like it. It did take me a minute to catch on to his footwork on the side steps. I was bit on the tired side and I've got " other methods " drilled into my head. The total workout time is 40 minutes. I didn't do the cooldown because I was tryint to keep my heart rate up. The warmup was quick Taebo like stretching. I'm glad I have this one the library now! I think I have something else he did on VHS. I'll have to dig through my stash.
