After all, the schools would have a vested interest in finding out: private schools could deny entry because of the extra cost and public schools could demand more funding and personnel for the new special needs students. Indeed to hear a lot of the "experts" they talk like privacy is a quaint old-fashioned notion like the horse and buggy or relying on yourself. The schools could easily make such tests mandatory for enrollment. Sure there would be lawsuits, but the schools would probably win. I thought that privacy trumped that?New year...new news.
