That should be interesting. Wonder how long it will be before these and other tests are mandatory for getting in to school? After all, the schools would have a vested interest in finding out: private schools could deny entry because of the extra cost and public schools could demand more funding and personnel for the new special needs students.

Not really. Privacy is dying a very swift death. With the fast computers and massive databases, privacy is quickly going away. Indeed to hear a lot of the "experts" they talk like privacy is a quaint old-fashioned notion like the horse and buggy or relying on yourself.

The schools could easily make such tests mandatory for enrollment. Sure there would be lawsuits, but the schools would probably win.

If memory serves me correctly a mass psychological test program was

deployed as a pilot, but the lawyers said that the school district

would be unable to do anything in retaliation if active refusal was

given.

Unfortunately we have idiots who seem to think that tip-toeing around

FISA is legal...
