, that sounds great to add to greens. I like the Spring greens in a salad

and they would be nice in there with them.  I sure like the radish sprouts and

don't like a regular radish.  This is milder.  Does your smoothie look the

green or do you get a fruit color?  What kind of fruits do you use.  Do  you

add yogurt or only icecubes?  I do have agave nectar. Can't keep honey in here

as husband likes it.  I don't particularly like the flavor in a smoothie. I do

sometimes add splenda to keep my calories down.  I sure wish I had a bigger

kitchen and more counter to leave the vitamix out but my husband keeps taking it

to the shed.  One thing that is very convenient is my stick immersible

blender.  It can do the job of a mixer and probably blender but not sure it

will do as well as vitamix.  I only got this after I started taking a few

cooking demonstrations with Publix Apron Cooking School.  I think it caused me

to start trying some different

things, like sprouting again (though they didn't do that except for the herbs

which I was interested in).  My mother didn't use herbs but mainlyjust salt and

pepper and onions.  She didn't even use garlic.

dressing as my main green in a salad, and mix them w/ fruit in a blender as a

And I have the other pie plate on top (took it off for the video)as a humidity

dome.

Do I keep the humidity dome on and put these sprouts in a lighted place or do I

still keep them covered and in the dark? I'm not sure about that step.

I think they should no longer be in the dark because they need the light to

sprout right?
