Which doctor to call for this?

I don't even know where to start with this one.

His behavior had improved alot once we switched his diet. Now two times in the

last 2 weeks our 3 yr old has had huge violent tantrums.

It appears to hit the full breaking point when he's more tired. He tries to lay

down to go to bed or nap. Asks for his pacifer (he only gets it to sleep) and

then pushes it away. Same with his special blanket. It escalates to

uncontrolable flailing and kicking and crying. While he is saying Binkie, Sleepy

and crying looking at me terrified during the whole thing. Its like he loses all

control of his body movements, but not like a seizure.

I don't have any idea what to do or what specialist to call.

Can someone tell me if they have had these problems, what they tried, or where

to start my phone calls tomorrow.
