I finally got information on contacting the Black Eyed Peas that I've been looking for. What I did was sign up on one of the forums and did some asking. I've got an address and a phone number. I didn't tell them why I was asking for at first. I finally told them I was a manager for someone and was wanting to call about getting her an audition to perform with the band. I just hope it's the right phone number. I definitely don't have any intention of doing anything with the information before I've talked to the Kim Hill I know first. In fact, if I make the call, I'm going to want to have her right there by me as I'm making it. I'll do everything I can to encourage her to work on her ability to perform music by giving her this Black Eyed Peas album that I've got. If she's interested and can get at least

one song down pat, then I'll be trying to call them. I'm so excited that I can hardly wait to talk to her. I don't know what those performers make, but I bet they're all millionaires.

God bless, Irelan

No, I haven't asked her yet because they've had me laid off of work for a long time; but as soon as I'm able to go back to work and talk to her, I will.

You are not seeing the reality of the situation. Having ONE song

down pat isn't going to mean squat to anyone in the industry. In

fact, having ONE song down pat isn't enough for most people who sing

Karaoke on a somewhat regular basis.

If YOUR Kim Hill was interested in a career in the music industry,

she would already have a number of songs down pat, ready to perform

and with a set idea on what her 'image' is and how she intends

to 'sell her image.'

If all you're thinking about is the money, then it most assuredly

will never come together for you or anyone you may claim to manage as

an artist.

Without a nearly obsessive passion for music, the chances of making

it are minimal. Even with a nearly obsessive passion for music and a

swackload of incredible talent and ability, the chances of making it

in the music industry are minimal.

I don't know how much clearer I can make this for you, .

Give it up. Things will not end as you intende them to end. They

will end badly.
