Guest guest
Having trouble finding actual definition of " what is special needs". See that is the where the savings will come in i just don't think anyone wants to say the words. Old people = Gonners - frees up some medicade and SSI. Special needs = Gonners - frees up some more medicade and SSI and other programs. Less special kids in school= more funding for other programs Funds for improving diseases like Dementia freed up cause they are not worthy of treatment. Yes some if its my suspicion. But again when you hear things like " health care for the non disabled" & "Docs take the Hippocratic oath too seriously" then you can see why I am suspicious. http://tinyurl.com/3200HRPage 22 - mandates the government will audit the books of all employers that self-insurePage 29 - rations your healthcare; essential benefits are defined and there is an annual limitation of $5,000/individual and $10,000/familyPage 30 – the "Health Choices Commissioner" will decide what treatment/benefits you receivePage 317 – government can prohibit a hospital from expandingPage 341 – gives government the authority to disqualify certain plans, i.e. Medicare Advantage (Medicare Part B)Page 353 – sets limitations on enrollment of special needs individualsPages 769-770 – Family Planning Services (code phrase for government funded abortion)
