Videx can cause neuropathy, and viread tends to increase the ammount of

videx in the blood stream increasing the risk of neurophaty.

What PI are you using?

It's been about 5 years now, so I'll have to insist I guess. I'll see my gastro doc tomorrow, been sick for a month with some kind of stomach ailment, hope it\'s "just" the flu. lol A laugh a day keeps the blues away. Sharon Jackie

Hiya Sharon, I'm pretty new here, sounds as if you've been here before. My husband has had HCV for about 25 yrs too. His has done alot of damage but were almost at week 12 of treatment. Nov 30th they check his viral loads, he's had some serious complications along the way, but each new thing we take the hurdle and jump over it. It's alot of positive thinking, taking proper care of yourself and knowing there is a light at the en d of the tunnel, as long as it isn't a freight train coming our way....lol. Hope all goes well at the Gastro. SHARON CROSBY wrote: Hello every

Thanks ,

Doc is doing the usual preliminary elimination tests. I think they'll end up finding an ulcer, from how I feel and from what my husband, an ulcer survivor tells me. But it's dangerous to try to diagnose one self, so I'll do the tests and hope to feel better. In the mean time, I've lost 8 lbs, can't be all bad, huh?

Hi and Welcome:-))

After Kombucha has been refrigerated it can take it quite a long time

to get going again....that is one reason we recommend storing your

extra Kombucha in some fermented Kombucha tea at room temperature....

The recipe you use and how long you ferment your Kombucha tea can be

major contributors to how acidic it becomes. Many people like the way

it tastes after 7 days rather than a longer fermentation period but

everyone's taste is different so you will need to experiment once you

get your Kombucha brewing again.

I have published the recipe I developed to make Kombucha. You can find

it at:

http://users.bestweb.net/~om/kmi/manual.html

Everyone is welcome to download, print and share this recipe, please

leave the contact information at the bottom if you do so.

For me, at seven days this recipe always makes a sparkling, sweet-sour

brew that tastes a lot like sparkling apple cider...excellent.

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev
