I am writing to say that I have read many books over the last several decades on alternative health. Most particularly Norman 's books. He was a major proponent of juicing and colonics; carrot juice in particular. If you can - research his book titled " Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices " also his " Become Younger " and " Diet and Salad " among his other books. Also " Live Food Juices " by H.E. Kirschner.
