Do I cover my sunnies at night?

I now know how to sprout them, but I don't know what to do with the nighttime

comes. Do I leave the humidity dome on (can I take it off for the remainder of

the sprouting?). Do any of you (when you go to bed at night), do you cover them,

or dome them, or just leave them out?

Once I know the answers, I can then continue on my sunflower adventure.
