Soaking food, seeds or nuts in Hydrogen peroxide is very safe, in

fact its a wise thing to do. However, do not use the hydrogen

peroxide that is sold in the grocery or drug stores as it contains

stabilizers. Instead you have to buy 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide

from companies that carry it.

There are several on the net. When you get it then you must reduce it

down to 3%. The ratio is 9 to 1. So: 9 cups of DISTILLED water mixed

with one cup of 35%hydrogen peroxide.= 3% SOLUTION of hydrogen

peroxide.

To add to water to Wash Sprouts or Soak Seeds or or Mist plants You

add 1and1/2Teaspoons of your3% HP to 1 Cup of plain tap water (or any

type of water)

For a quart sprayer you would add 2 Tablespoons of 3% HP to 1 quart of water.

To make up 1 gallon you would mix 1 Cup of 3% HP with 1 gallon of water.

There are several great articles on the net written by reputable

doctors. Do a search. One article by Dr can be found

at www.educate-yourself.org

Hopes this helps. Mick
