Re: Day 12 of Valtrex - Question

My son is the exact opposite.  He's very viral and *always* sick.  He didn't get any rashes but he did get a low grade fever a few times.CherylWe are on Day 12 of Valtrex at 250 mg 2x a day. We haven't seen any negative behavior or regression. She does seem more tired than usual. She also has 2 pimple like bumps on the back of her leg. Her stool has improved on Valtrex... It always is on the loose/mushy side and now it has firmed up!!! I expected her stool to get worse not better....??? I always suspected that she is a viral kid. She has never had a fever!!! That is why I am surprised she hasn't had one yet... But I guess it is too early??? Bethany
