Need to revise the recipe below that I submitted on Thursday (told you I was

doing it from memory!)

The milk should be a half cup and the cocoa should be a third I had it reversed

the first time.

So, in essence - two avocados, half cup of almond, soy or other type milk, half

a cup pure maple syrup, one third cup cocoa and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

And *that* is the correct recipe for a yummy, healthy dessert! Melody, you'll

have to tell me how you like it when you make it!

Ok, here it is

Two avocados

one third cup of Almond milk (you can use other milks as well, including soy,

but if you it to be vegan, you won't use regular milk - although you could)

half a cup pure maple syrup (you can use other sweeteners also - agave for

example or possibly honey)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

one half cup cocoa powder (good antioxidants!).

Put it all into a food processor, blend well, and voila - luscious and delicious

and healthy chocolate pudding!!

I think that does it (am doing this from memory so if it's different from this,

will need to advise after I get home from work tonight.

BTW, you can Google Chocolate Avocado (or Avocado Chocolate, LOL) pudding and

get a lot of variations on this recipe. This one seemed simplest to me plus it's

the one I found first too. All of them are relatively easy but some of the

others may have harder to find ingredients.
