After reading about 's workout with Slim & Lean, I decided I

needed to do the same one. However, I woke up late!! I haven't done

that in a long time..GRRR.. I woke up at 5:50..grr.. Normally, I

would be 5 minutes into my workout. I was way too tired to jump into

it. I decided, however to start at 6:30. I got 30 minutes in before

having to stop and get Sawyer off to school. I came back an hour

later and finished up. So, I kind of cheated. But, holy, did I still

work!! My arms were so tired from just holding the dumbbells during

the squat and lunge rack, I was fried from those alone! Yikes... For

the ab section, I didn't take any rests, and challenged myself the

whole whopping 4 minutes and 30 seconds of that track. I don't get

how Jari has killer exercises everywhere, and then there's abs! LOL..

She needs to like at least triple the reps at least..... take out

the rests..

Anyway, I'm too lazy to post what my weights were. I went as heavy as

I could. I don't think I ever grabbed 5's. Heaviest were 20's for

the squats, 15's for the lunges. I beleive biceps were 12 / 10.

Shoulders were 10. Triceps were maybe 15 and I dropped to 12. Chest,

I started using 20, but dropped to 15's at the 2 minute 20 mark...

Oh, and for the rows, I used 15's. Wow, I can't believe I can

remember all of that..LOL... So, the moral of the story is I think I

would have been crying had I not had my intermission!! :) I am

enjoying this rotation for the most part. Next strength workout will

be Dove on Thursday. Tomorrow is cardio. No idea what is up my

sleeve. Maybe a steady state step.....hmm....
