Guest guest Posted June 26, 2009 Report Share Posted June 26, 2009 Well, I was itching to try my new gloves today, but didn't want my usual intense workout. I decided it would be a perfect time to try Amy's 3 in 1 workout. It's geared towards beginners. All that tells me is that she's going slower. Which then told me to HEAVY UP! I used Mr. 45 during all of it, but the " jerks " , which I used a 35 for. The workout was more for strength, but surely a cardio affect was there. I burned 222 calories with my average being 123. Oh, and I shut my HRM off at 25 minutes. The workout is 20 minutes, but I paused it a couple of times to catch my breath The gloves worked fine. There is a bit more padding than I would like, just because it makes the handle seem even bigger on Mr. 45..GRR... I think I will get used to them though.
