Guest guest Posted August 19, 2009 Report Share Posted August 19, 2009 not sure if i posted my workout from yesterday but here it goesi previewed gay's all out infused step the night before. i only planned on the combos not the bonus run through of them all. but dh interrupted me last combo so i skipped to hip hugger abs.this morning did a nice relaxing workout with denise austin's power zone mind,body,soul. a light yoga warm up with standing pilates work as the main workout and a little dancey type stuff for cool down. i enjoy the standing work in this plus she does a lot of back rolls which loosen up my back and make me feel so much better. its not an intense workout nor do i feel worked in the abs but i feel so great after this one. she isn't annoying in this one but has those glaring eyes LOL. working on a trade from my tae-bo vhs set for kathy's total body lift. loving these barre workouts at the moment.kassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
