Guest guest Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 back to class...monday's firm-4-u. step and kickboxing intervals followed by sculpting and abs with/on the ball. i have enough endurance for about 30 minutes then start to get tired. i'm glad for the intervals so i can rest a little then go again!! trying to go easy with the kickboxing--when i get tired i'm more likely not to pick up my feet off of the carpet and twist my knee. still modifying when i need to. can't wait for sculpt class tomorrow!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
