Guest guest Posted July 7, 2009 Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 Hi, Today was 's 3 Mile walk that she did for the AHA on Exercise TV. I wore the 2 lb weighted belt again - it adds nice intensity without compromising my form the way handweights can sometimes. I may have to look for a vest or something heavier. After that, I did one of my oldie but goodie Pilates workouts - Ana Caban's intermediate matwork. The plan for this week is to continue to walk or do walking workouts and alternate add-ons of Pilates/Classical Stretch. My back is loosening up, so that is good!
