Marta, what does wearing tight clothes do in reference to the swelling and lymphatic drainage. 2. So, would y'all recommend I locate some of these vitamist to have on hand for right after my surgery? Personally, I just went back to regular Centrums immediately. I hated the taste of chewables, ugh! I love Gummie Vites, but they are missing a few vitamins. They are also very expensive. Good luck dear, Melt Swelling I want to ask about swelling. After two months of doing very well, I'm puffed up like crazy! Can barely fit into my shoes, can't hold things in my hands.
