Heavy sigh..........

OK, another newbie type set of questions........ 1. Marta, what

does wearing tight clothes do in reference to the swelling and

lymphatic drainage. 2. So, would y'all recommend I locate some of

these vitamist to have on hand for right after my surgery?

Compression prevents accumulation of fluid (swelling). Hence the

girdle, tight clothes.

Nope. I am all for the cheap stuff. Personally, I just went back

to regular Centrums immediately. I hated the taste of chewables,

ugh! I love Gummie Vites, but they are missing a few vitamins.

They are also very expensive. Since they are childrens, you do have

to eat two instead of one. Yum!

, my doctor used to have me on a water pill and potassium, you might ask

yours if this would help. Good luck dear, Melt

Swelling

I want to ask about swelling. After two months of doing very well,

I'm puffed up like crazy! Can barely fit into my shoes, can't hold

things in my hands. I am on Enbrel, MTX and Celebrex. What do you

guys do when you swell up like this?
