I have been a member of theis group for many years. You'd be supprised what I

have seen submitted. I would prefer that we talk manly about sprouts, but this

is reall an open site, so we get other stuff.

I have learned to click the delete button and not read it at all.

It was because of the woman who was pursuing the gentleman after 40 years and a

bit about dreams.  Sorry if I offended anyone.  It was just something weird

since I don't usually remember dreams.  I'll stick to business.

 I have been a member of this group for MANY years and pop in and out though I

often skim - often in amusement and other times in befuddlement at what I see

here.  I don't think we need THOUGHT POLICE NOR THOUGHT-NAZI'S to force people

to think along PC lines -- I've seen accidental cross postings, and recall about

2 weeks, maybe 8 years ago??? where the entire list was taken off track by one

wanna-be-thought-Nazi who had determined that HER concept (since many of the

people on this list seem to be women) of the scope and content of 'sprouts' was

the " correct one " .  I've even seen public brawling bashes where everything but

Greek Fire was employed.   Everyone knows where the delete button it, only

MORONS (IA 40-69) don't know how to use one (but Trust me I'm a teacher, they

can be taught or trained t use one properly!) (Please don't be offended,

Imbeciles (IQ 20-49) and Idiots (IQ  less than 20) have lower IQ's -- During

one of those tyrannical

attempts to take over the list and force 'Right Thought' on others, I had all

my posting from this list filtered into my trash folder where it remains.

Not for any personal reason except that a forum which CAN become so closed

minded and Orwellian and discuss Draconian measures in public rather than in a

private letter, OFF LIST to the person with whom a given individual is offensive

posit that the ONLY two choices are to allow (in their minds) the list to run to

anarchy, or  to simply throw people away like trash if they (in the eyes of the

beholder) cannot accept Human Nature as it now stands - and looks upon mistakes,

out-of-the-box, tangential, expansive, parableic,  or people who learn and

express by tactile, kenethetic, color, or Brocanian methods must fall prey in

the ever present sights of someone who self-appoints themselves to be the

Chairman ofÜbercontrol Thought police. 

I say let people make mistakes -- and if you don't like what the person has to

say, or how they say it, or how basic the question is -- yes, there ARE people

who ignore pleas from freshlings -- and I was once asked in a private coup

attempt if I supported splitting the group into TWO portions " one for those who

know nothing " and one for " those of us who are advanced " . It was shortly after

that when I filtered the list into my 'trash' bin.

Not that it reflects on ANYONE in the group or the intent of the group - which I

support - but one which allows me to keep my priories in focus - where I can

check important mail in my main box, and still have access to other list-serves

which sit in default folders which are ALWAYS visible on the screen.  I see

that the group has grown in it's response to failed coups.  Thank you.  Your

level of Maturity has grown and gives me hope for other lists which may someday

not become bogged down in the petty politics of tyranocracy.  -- paul --
