Guest guest
I just recently tried to take Lyrica for my neuropathic pain, and it made me crazy, so I have decided to go to a pain mgmt specialist to see if they have any brilliant ideas that don't involve injections or popping pills. Think that this is just a waste of time?
Guest guest
Hi Amy, No, not a waste of time; perhaps TENS or Biofeedback may be helpful. TENS helped my back pain immensely. I feel if I had been older (than 16 yrs and more mature), I might have learned useful things through Biofeedback. What about massage, hydrotherapy, yoga? I don't know how your pain is or where it is or how bad it is but I hope this helps you to stay open to possibilities. Gretchen
