Guest guest
--- In lipodystrophy , i read that > Many doctors are using this technique now in the US. My sister in Venezuela > had great results to get rid off her belly (she is negative). Has anyone tried > this? In the web Link that was provided there are many assertions including one that really chaps my hide on the development of mesotherapy. The information presented hides the truth. Mesotherapy was developed and tested along with homeopathic therapies in the Nazi concentration camps on prisoners. A fact that is well known among European historians but covered up by 'natural' health marketing industry. Having lost a chunk of my family in the concentration camps I refuse to suffer such nonsense. I recommend reading: EVALUATION AND A BRIEF HISTORICAL LOOK AT RESEARCH IN ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE. by Boris Velimirovic on this subject. http://www lfp.cuni.cz/journals/bioenv/1998/2-3/23-en.html By the way most of the prisoners in the camps died of sepsis after having all sorts of stuff injected in them. Now days, Mesothreapy uses injection of live cells (Banned in Europe because of Host vs. Graft reactions), Coffee Grounds, herbal mixtures and 'secret proprietary ingredients.' A special gun similar to ones used to administer some vaccines is used and are available for sale on the internet. An unsubstantiated laundry list of claims are made, and I am now copying directly form the web link: " This is how it works: the biology of the fat cell is modified by blocking the signals of fat accumulation and simultaneously triggering the release of stored fat. " No proof is provided for this assertion and then goes on to say: specific uses claimed for mesotherapy are: weight loss dissolving excess fat (?) strengthening connective tissues treats lymphatic congestion (?!!) and hormonal imbalances cellulite reduction for baldness and hair regrowth for Body Sculpting by injecting Vitamins and amino acids used to tighten sagging skin muscle spasms stress insomnia carpal tunnel syndrome fibromyalgia infections reflex sympathetic dystrophy and osteoarthritis Muscle Relaxation Anxiety Chronic Infections Bone Spurs I might add its also great for 'Heavy Wallet Syndrome a condition where you have too much money lying around. Anytime you see a list like this there will be big money involved. No real medical treatments addresses more then one or maybe two problems, but the 20 I counted on this page suggests it's totally bogus and the people involved in pushing it are the worst sort of hucksters preying on the uninformed.
