Guest guest Posted July 6, 2009 Report Share Posted July 6, 2009 Hi Ladies! I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July and hopefully, didn't eat to much. I had a safe and enjoyable 4th but I did eat a bit. For lunch I was watching a couple of ball games on the television and had two dogs and than for dinner I had two burgers and a dog, so I did eat a bit more than what I wanted but every now and again you need to have some fun!! Anyway, while still looking for a job I have a good week of workouts planed to make up for the eating! Monday: My total body / aerobics is going to be WHFN Lean with Keli . The last time I did this was about three years ago or so and I figured it was time to dig this one out. I was thinking about doing Firm Cardio Burn with Tamala Hastle but decided to stick with my first choice. Tuesday: For Upper Body Split, I think this should be a good choice because I really like this tape and it offers a little bit of everything not just Upper Body. Friday: Is going to be a challenge as I have Trace Long kick my lower body with Sculpted Buns, Hips, and Thighs. This is one of my favorite lower body workouts but it has also been a good two years since I've done this. Aside form my video workouts I plan on going on various walks in the evening along with swimming provided it does not rain. Donna: I just moved back to Florida from Georgia and currently in Florida it's the rainy season. So far we have had a few weeks of no rain and than a good solid week of rain. Anyway, I'll take that over a hurricane!! My Dad lives up in New Hampshire and he was telling me every day in June they had rain.
