I know it is the same way with me the nuts do not bother me not a beer

drinker do not eat cheese unless I am having a burger am not a big bean

person either. I still get them and try and take something before it gets

out of hand.

Kirk,

Sorry about the new record with the migraine. Hopefully the botox will eventually help, but for the here and now I wish you a dark room, very soft soothing music, an ice cold compress and lots of love.

Hope your head disappears soon, and a new painfree one takes its place

Thanks for the well wishes Ann. One ironic thing I should mention in regards to the soft music is that music actually seems to help a tiny bit with these, even if it is loud. I don't know if it takes my mind off of them for a short amount of time of if there is some other reason, but music usually does help, and certainly doesn't bother me.
