Actually both but much more fine motor . Sam has always had big issues with his hands. When he was little we constantly had to remind him he actually had hands!! ( almost. )

He is now able to isolate out his fingers for specific tasks too ( so he is holding a pen properly now and can flick on and on the really tiny switch on his hearing aids etc ) Its hard to describe but great to watch. I don't have him on coconut oil either at the moment as I wanted to resolved his vomiting issue so its not that. My brothers father in law has Alzheimer's and I mentioned they should try coconut oil. His gait and walk have hugely improved on it apparently. Even his doctor was impressed !!

That's great about your brother's father-in-law. Have you ever visited the

Alzheimers Forum? They have some great ideas over there, good discussions about

cinnamon, CO, etc.

You mentioned an Alzheimer's Forum. What is it called? (When caring for my mom, I was a member of at least one...but the focus was on care giving...not nutrition.) Thanks.
