aluminum has a FAR higher relationship with concentration in breast tissue and

breast cancers and cellular changes than with Alzheimer's - the relationship

with Alzheimer's is considered so low as to be very rare, but worth keeping an

eye on, the Women's Health Study showed no relationship with Alzheimer's, but

recent re-analysis has shown relationships to specific cellular changes in

breast tissue, and SOME (low 'p' so far) relationship to breast cancers, though

I must reiterate the 'p' is VERY low -- but not so with cellular changes or

tissue concentration in the breast - of MEN AND WOMEN.  paul

That was years ago before I read about aluminum and alzheimers. So thankfully I

got rid of all that stuff.

The collanders I saw were all plastic, but i don't know if BPA free or not.  I

do sometimes still use foil.  However, I did just get the parchment on one side

and foil on other side.  I also sometimes just use parchment paper too.
