Even Noel will say that the more aerobicky weight workouts might make you sore,

but that's not what builds muscle mass most effectively.

I've seen him and his clients and know that what he does WORKS and I need to be

pushed in order to acheive my goals, I just won't do it on my own.

I know what you mean about needing to be pushed sometimes. I'm getting better and better about being my own trainer but some days I could use someone saying, "Push harder, you know you can do this!" who knows me, instead of some instructor on the screen who doesn't know if I'm sitting on the couch or even in the room. Sometimes I will try pretending a trainer IS talking to me to help motivate me to work as hard as I can!

I hear that A LOT, that my clients simply don't push like I do.  I THINK I push plenty hard enough for my own workouts, but you never know...hmm...Darcy

I think you push plenty hard enough in your own workouts too... with the calorie burns you get, I wouldn't doubt it a bit!!!!
