Guest guest
Hey gals, Have you looked into these bands for assisted pull ups at all? http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/fitness-bands.php OR http://www.performbetter.com/SearchResult.aspx?rnd=10 I'm pretty interested, since I was totally going to buy an assisted pull up machine in the future (seriously, the plate loaded kind, lol). But, I will get these instead - someday. I need to up my lat pulldown weights significantly (and reduce my bodyweight, heh) before I want to try these - but I'm really intrigued!! Not yet, but someday, Sara > > ok - you hit my concern with a pull up bar besides I have NEVER been able to pull my big A@#$! up > judy > > > ________________________________ > > To: exercisevideos > Sent: Friday, August 7, 2009 4:19:23 PM > Subject: / Iron Gym > > > I bought one too, and then had to send away to get the longer bars for my wider doorway. Have I set it up yet to use? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I wanted it for the pushup and pullup workout in P90X and would like to be able to do these someday, but part of me is afraid the thing will collapse somehow and I'll get injured, like the mechanism will just fall apart and then I fall down. > > Has that happened to anyone?
