LOL..had to show that video to my girls (age 8 & 10)...they feel the same way

Alan does about the whole sprouting thing. My oldest said, " oh nooo! Are you

going to try that? " . Then my youngest said, " You can't make us eat 'em! "

He thinks I'm absolutely nuts for doing this. But isn't it amazing? Once I put

my sprout salads in front of him and he dives in, he says " You know, this is

very good " . But he wants nothing to do with the growing process or the

harvesting. So thankfully, I love doing this. And if it gets sprouts into him,

I don't care.

If your kids like eating sunflower seeds, and what kid doesn't, they will love

the sprouts. The sprouts taste just like sunflower seeds, only less salty.
