Hi Melody,

I recently watched your short video on Mung Bean Explosion and would like

to know more details how you managed to get the mung bean sprouts in this

shape. I love it.

I have had more success after taking EW's advice to keep the mung beans in

the dark. The sprouts are now no longer pinkish. They look a healthy colour

and are much longer. Yours look even more fantastic! Any details will help,

as I suspect circulation may be my issue and do you put weights directly on

the beans like the Sproutspeople suggested (I did see the cans you used).

How many days did you go through to get to this explosion?
