Guest guest Posted March 10, 2012 Report Share Posted March 10, 2012 Hi Melody, I recently watched your short video on Mung Bean Explosion and would like to know more details how you managed to get the mung bean sprouts in this shape. I love it. I have had more success after taking EW's advice to keep the mung beans in the dark. The sprouts are now no longer pinkish. They look a healthy colour and are much longer. Yours look even more fantastic! Any details will help, as I suspect circulation may be my issue and do you put weights directly on the beans like the Sproutspeople suggested (I did see the cans you used).
