Guest guest Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 Hi. I started out with jars (years ago), then ultimately settled with the Round Green trays which work just fine for me. I've seen Gil's videos where he spins that sproutmaster thing around and around and he goes " 12 hours later " So my question is WHICH method is better (in your opinion). And, let's say I go through 5 round green trays in one week. I eat sprouts 3 times a day. So I always have the sprouts SPROUTING!!! How much does one sproutmaster yield? Does it equal ONE round green trays or 2, (????) I would like to know which method yields the most sprouts. I have never used the Sprout master so I have no idea. thanks much. So far (with the round green trays), and the fact that they stack, well, that's perfectly fine. But I like NEW stuff. Thanks to anyone who can give me some good tips. I am still saving for my Vitamix. I would like to make healthy sherberts and so far I'm making frozen hot cocoa but I am doing this in my food processor and it's a pain in the neck with all these steps. I think with the vitamix, you do it all in the Vitamix, right? Some day!!!!
