Here is my top ten list Top 10 Things I do to beat the Dragon Blues: 1)Take anti-depressants 2)Eat naughty stuff 3)Play with my cats 4)Watch the movie " Tuesday's with Morrie " over and over and over(my first Ah-ha moment) 5)Read the Spoon Theory-- for those of you that just joined one of our members posted this link a few weeks ago and I can say it has really changed my life and how I look at things. Read it, print it, give it to everyone you know. http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/spoons.htm, (my third ah-hah moment) 6) Do more of number 2. over and over and over 7) Read great exciting fiction and get lost in it, pretend I am the characters and not in my sick body!! 8) Read the book " Sick and Tired of Feeling Sick and Tired " by Donohue and Siegel. (my second ah-ha moment) 9) Watch Oprah, especially today, she will be revisiting the children in South Africa, most have lost their parents to AIDS and are living alone and many of them get raped as it is believed in this country that you can't get Aids if you have sex with virgins.
