Guest guest
In a note I wrote this am, I seem to have written a confusing line that made someone ask which drug is worse.. Zerit seems to be much worse for mitochondrial toxicity than AZT. Switching to AZT from Zerit might help stop progression of lipodystrophy, if any fat remains, but " switch " studies haven't been very convincing. Sorry for the confusion. I'm in the middle of moving/selling/etc, and can't even make my coffee in the am! JB
