Guest guest
Hi Michele, Why don't you try fennel tea? Or just eating it? Many people in the eastern countries use it. Basically your bad breath is coming up from your stomach. You can gargel mouthwash all you want, it won't help. By eating fennel or drinking fennel tea, this will help. It is also used for flatulance, abdominal cramps, upset stomach etc. My husband and I use it. It really does work. Post your free ad now! Yahoo! Guest guest
Excess protein can be really hard on the kidneys etc. That is what I understand and low carb dieting can put more strain on those. The drugs we are on tax the kidneys and liver enough. I also found that when I tried the southbeach diet last year, my pain was much higher, my doctor said that made some sense to him. I don't know. I just try and as much fiber as I can for my GI issues. Lynn -- Re: Embarrassing question - bad breath? Why? What's the rationale?
