Great workout, and great weights!!! I'm ready for Cathe too! I did the last session of Lean Circuit 3 yesterday. Enjoyed it hugely.

I got a great workout in and BOY did, it feel good! :)  I didn't realize how much I was missing Cathe until I did one of her wokouts :)    I guess if nothing else CLX is making me appreciate her loads more! :)  Anyway, I did High Step Training today and worked pretty hard.  I went one notch heavier than Cathe, if not two notches heavier.  I was able to keep up well.  By notch,  I mean if she used 10's then I grabbed 15's.  I think I did that with everythig except for the horizontal rows, I used 12's (she was using 10's), and I was jerky even with that.  I kept my barbell at 38 1/2 pounds.  She was using 30 pounds.   It's nice to think I haven't lost strength since cutting back on my stregnth workouts and adding more cardio with CLX as well.   Oh, and I burned 653 calories but I'm drawing a blank on my average. 

Today, we are off to another food-fest..ugh...  Then we are camping there (DH's aunt's house with other people).  They have a grat park-like setting, and a pond, and stream.  The kids should have a nice time.  Tomorrow, we are all going canoing.  Yikes.  I'm a bit nervous how that will go w/ the 3 boys.  Sometimes it gets long and boring.  I hope they enjoy it!

You're so kind a.  I was lifting heavier than what she was using according to a spreadsheet I got online anyway.  I'm sure Cathe doesn't max herself out though when making a video, or I would hope!  I couldn't imagine working to my full potential in front of a camera.  LOL..

How exciting! I hope you enjoy Push Phase. I really liked it, and I liked Lean Phase much more than I expected. It is such a great core strengthener. I've got so much more muscle on me. Happy, happy.

I take a rest day tomorrow. I'll probably just walk a couple of miles just getting around town, and then STS starts on Tuesday!!!

When I'm lifting to my full potential, it definitely isn't pretty! I think I'd terrify any viewers.

I also wanted to say that there's an interesting post on the Cathe forums. She did one of the STS workouts later on, and she said that she wasn't at the same level of conditioning as when they were taping STS. To me, it means that she does lift to her potential, or close to her potential when she's filming.

Hmm.. interesting..  Thanks !And, um Cathe could outdo me on MANY though.  Especially push-ups..LOL..  I bet she could do more one-handed push-ups to my two-handed..LOL..Darcy

All awesome to hear!! :)  Normally, I do cardio with CLX's strength, not sure if I will today or not.  Kaysar is already up and I haven't even started to think about working out..GRR..Darcy

LOL! Well, I start STS tomorrow. I think I'll be sounding like a large sea lion.
