Guest guest
I get that:-) My husband swore forever that he had a weight problem. Unfortunately like most of us he just had a food problem:-) He was weighing his heaviest around Christmas and promised after the holidays he would "do something." Well, I suggested he keep a food diary just to track what he was eating and to pick a certain caloric intake, stick to it and just see what happens. He has lost almost 35 pounds now JUST by doing that. I am TRYING to get him to hike or walk with me now:-) Nothing so far but maybe in the future. I think it is great you got your husband to try the kb and piqued his interest in them. Popular laptop deals plus free shipping!
Guest guest
Wow, ! Good for him. The food diary works well for me too. Hopefully he'll take that next step. Guest guest
I know, I can tell he is really happy. He's had fun buying new clothes and "complaining" about how loose his new ones are now:-) It has been really fun watching the transformation. I totally believe in food diaries. I have kept one for about five years now and know it has helped so much. I could NOT believe what I was eating when I first started. It was a really eye opener:-) Dell Studio XPS Desktop: Save up to $400 - Limited Time Offer
Guest guest
I decided yesterday to get a workout in with mr. 45 afterall. It wasn't that great of a workout though as I had boys fighting..GRRR.. I HATE the distractions. My burn was within normal range, but it's escaping me at the moment. I also wanted to report I woke up with a lot of DOMS today! I haven't had them in awhile. I am thinking it's from CLX and not the kettlebell... Who knows it could be from kickboxing too. Hard to say, I had some great workouts yesterday Darcy
