Guest guest
This is called essene bread and though it is usually made with sprouted wheatberries it can be made gluten-free as well. Go to YouTube and do a search for how to make raw sprouted bread, essene bread, manna bread, sprouted seed bread, et cetera. You need a dehydrator to make this....or else you need to live in a very hot, sunny climate... Meghan > > Thanks for the suggestions, folks. By the way, has anyone done much experimentation with sprouted bread? I keep remembering being at a health commune, taking their tour. They make sprouted wheat bread for sale. I remember seeing them mix this very sticky dough in a huge mixing bowl, and that they did not use any flour... just mashed-up sprouts. Has anyone made this kind of bread? > > - > >
