Hi Kristy!

I am so sorry you are bummed about this, but please don't be too hard on

yourself. You have been doing wonderfully well, as evidenced by your

fabulous pictures, so do take this in stride and know that you are okay. As

for the fat content of the croissants, you shouldn't worry about it, because

of our malabsorption component of the surgery, so it wasn't YOUR equivalent

day and a half of fat!

Sometimes you are so rough on yourself (and your dear Mum's comments didn't

help, here). So, love your Mum, but don't take her words to heart. We are

all rooting for you! Everyone has problem days (hmmm, I think I qualify as

an expert on " messing up " early on, as I know others have from talking to

them and from the various posts). You are going to continue to do well,

Kristy, you really will!

I'm thinking of you, girl!

Hugs and blessings, Ann
