Guest guest Posted August 17, 2009 Report Share Posted August 17, 2009 laura she left some clients hanging when she filed bankrupty and was being chased by creditors. lots of clients put money up front(talking 100s to 1000s) to be part of her one on one training and part of studio gym but they were left hanging without refunds when she went under. there was questions of fraud as well but most stories i read is different. she has tried to open several studios all have failed to some degree or another mainly for money reasons and the customer was never refunded and when they tried to sue her she file bankrupty to get out of it. this was long before the laws got tighter on ppl for that kind of thing. i could be wrong but i thought there was also mention she had some issue with government and banks about money but like i said every story seems to be different there. i am not at my home at the moment or i would try to find all the threads that provided links to lots of stories for it. but hey hollywood swears by her but her old client base seem to think she should still pay for all the trouble she caused them and seems she skipped out on them to be famous. kassia Special Needs Scouting Subject: Kassia / To: exercisevideos Date: Monday, August 17, 2009, 11:07 AM Now I'm curious - what are her business practices that are causing a debate?------------------------------------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
