Not everyone has access to the MDA and another problem is that they don't always

pay.

I just watched a show on TV about a guy that is collecting 48 dollar wheel

chairs (made in China out of lawn chairs) to give out in third world countries.

What a difference an AFO would make for a child under those conditions.
