I think just looking at where the sun is would be much easier.  I got lost

reading about the shadow but I guess  " only the shadow knows " or are you all

too young to remember that?  now for and Pan, I took the

Pan Pledge never to grow up.  Now the psychiatrists know we have our

inner child.  Glad I have a compass in my car so until it dies I'll know my

left from my right and north from south or should I have said east from west.

That compass is on my list for the next car since this one has 170,000 miles and

more.  I probably can't afford a car like this one again and they stopped

making this and it was the best van I've ever had.  It has backup warning

system, AC of course, air compressor in back that helps with towing and will

blow up floating equipment at the beach.  It has AW (all wheel drive) which is

fantastic.  Cruise.  It had onstar until they switched to digital and then I

lost that benefit. I have back seats

that fold flat and middle seats that fold flat too.  Then I could carry a 4 x

8 sheet of plywood or drywall.  Will seat 8 people.  This one has a DVD player

though I don't need that anymore. Has back heat and air.  I have pulled a big

pontoon and trailer bigger thanthe minivan.  It is a Venture Van (Chevy) and

has sliding doors on the sides with remote, with openers in the header and with

switches by the doors.  Has 2 child seats that fold down to strap in kids.

Wish I had a newer one with fewer miles.

I'm reading your post and I'm falling off of my chair. I'm going to notice

shadows now. I haven't done that in 50 years. But I'll do it. And then I'll be

like Pan who lost his shadow. Remember ??

And how on earth do you know these things about shadows, etc? My goodness you

know so many things. I feel like I am in first grade compared to what you know.

I am duly impressed.
