Guest guest Posted July 26, 2009 Report Share Posted July 26, 2009 Hi Ladies, Well, my schedule is going to be a bit different this week since I have family coming in on Thursday, so instead of my usual Monday-Wednesday-Friday routine with Thursday as an add on day its going to be Monday-Wednesday-Thursday. Monday Is Firm Hare with Tracie Long and to be honest I don't know if I ever did this workout! I know I got it before I moved the first time a few years ago but I cant remember for the life of me if I've ever done it! I've done the Tortoise and LOVED that workout. Anyway, I love a workout adventure!! For Wednesday and Thursday I've decided to do a few Margaret videos starting with Sculpture Upper Body and Thursday Sculpture Lower Body. Both workouts are approx. 60 min and while I'm not a big fan of doing one section of my body for a long period of time. However, figured I need to push my self every now and again! Plus it's been a while since I've done a lot of Margaret! Depending on how I feel Tuesday I might one of my Margaret Stretching videos. Both are only about 30min and it might do me some good.
