Ooh! I second that! I'm looking forward to making a raw hummus from

sprouted garbanzos/chickpeas. I love hummus made the traditional way,

with chickpeas, tahini (sesame seed butter), olive oil, lemon juice and

salt, but you can adapt the recipe to make a dip to fit your tastes.
