Guest guest
I know that if one sprouts one does not need Liquid Kelp because sprouts contain everything one needs. But...(and this is where I get confused), I just watched a bunch of videos on youtube and there's a guy in Australia (I think it's a ubuntu video (or some such name) and he goes: " If you really want to put minerals in your sunflower sprouts, just add two tablespoons of sea salt to the watering can and your sprouts will have ALL THE MINERALS IT NEEDS " . So then I looked up Sea salt and it says " There is no nutritional difference in sea salt and table salt. Then......I found a youtube video about Ocean Grown Solution and supposedly this stuff is like the second coming. So if anyone can give any input on what I saw in these videos, whether you agree or disagree, I'd love to get a discussion going. There is so much contradiction in what I'm reading, I've very confused. Thanks much Melody
