As for whey, ok, so I know a lot of you are against animal products, but my

daddy hauled milk from the dairy farmers to our local cheese factory. They are

famous around these parts for their squeaky cheese. For years my husband hauled

the waste whey powder off to the dump. But a few years ago, someone started

buying the whey powder. The demand for the whey powder caused them to build an

entire whey factory. My son has been building the factory for several years

now, because it just keeps growing and growing and growing. So, anyway, I grew

up on a ranch/farm and we ALWAYS mixed the whey back in before we ate the

yogurt, or sour creme or cheese. Just so you know. Whey pays for my 5 bedroom

ranch house and my son's jaguar and college education. It is good for you.
