IT'S like putting lettuce in soup.  A LOT of people go EWWWWWEW! even after you

point out that Spinach is not much different than lettuce - or lemon grass is,

well GRASS -  though some people have 1) no sense of adventure or 2) have

health issues that they don't talk about like people on this list who have soy

allergies for one reason or another - inherited, or self-made - and it's easier

to say 'I don't like X or Y' than go into an explanation - heck -- Persians eat

fruit in many of their stews and I have found nothing wrong with grated apples

on fresh salmon if added right at the end -

HINT -- HEMOSTATS MAKE WONDERFUL PIN-BONE PULLERS FOR FISH - weather it's Salmon

Filets, or a naturally 'bony' fish like some cuts of Cod or cat-like-fish - just

clamp them on, and pull out the bone! -- costs about $1-$3 at your hardware

store and sometimes a set of 3 for a buck at your auto parts store as a 'loss

leader' - and since you aren't doing surgery-- they don't have to work each time

every time - nor do they have to even LOOK pretty - like half gold plated!  You

won't find them where they belong by the fish in the Deli or Fish section of

your local market - but they are often on end-caps by the cash register at your

hardware store - paul

sprouts " . His answer (as usual) was

sprout salad for lunch with my five part salad mix and as I said I had some

sprouted beans in my soup.
