Guest guest
Hi all, Just wanted to share my vioxx story. I have been taking vioxx for almost a year and it helped so much with joint and muscle pain and keeping the fevers down. So I was disappointed when it was pulled. My rheum. was surprised that it was. His opinion is that for people like me (young and without heart problems) that it probably would've been okay to take. But you never know, I guess they really need to find out whether the other -2 drugs are safe or not. Anyway, my doc put me on mobic. Has anyone heard of it? It's a NSAID and he said it's the closest he could get me to vioxx (or celebrex I'm assuming). I haven't taken it yet - still taking the vioxx until it runs out, but I'll let you know if it works. Take care! Buffalo, NY
Guest guest
Hi ! I'm Kate from Pa. (jez, I feel like I'm on the bachelor - I'm Kate from Pa.). Anyway, yes I have heard of Mobic and actually was on it for a bit. However, it did absolutely nothing for me and I asked to be switched to another anti-inflammatory. Hopefully you'll get some good results from it. Cheers, Kate Vioxx v. Mobic Hi all,Just wanted to share my vioxx story.
