Melody's. Ice Cold Air. Tip from Barbara in sizzling S.Calif. Use frozen

water bottles - colder and last longer. In the morning an ice cold swig of water

hits the spot!

I must tell you what just happened. I went into the back yard to see how my

landlord's lentil sprouts were doing. They are sprouting and she just put them

in the fridge. I told her " Wait a few days and they'll be SPROUTING!!! She gets

a kick out of me.

I then went back in and took out some of my Oso Fresh Containers with my 3 week

old grape tomatoes that look brand new. And a container with my Quinoa Sprouts

in them. That impressed them too when I explained about how the silver nanos are

infused in the container. All ooohing and aaahing. They are such lovely people.

But they really got a kick when I went back into my house and came out with my

home made air conditioner. You should have seen their faces. First I had to

explain what my contraption was.

Then I got the oooh and the aaaah. I said " I don't want to tell any of the

neighbors because they all have air conditioning and they might consider me a

poor soul " . They said " Are you kidding, this is a great idea " .

They examined the whole thing. Oh, and we talked about the kinds of sprouts

that I grow and the fact that they are organic.

It was an interesting time in the back yard And I DID A PRESENTATION.

On SPROUTING!!
