Hey you know, that's a good point. Maybe I should leave my 5th day to just weights and some 8 minute videos. I have a slew of 8 minute videos, I can just have an 8 min ab, 8 min arm, 8 min buns, 8 min stretch, 8 min weight day. Thta would be fun, sort of like a circuit. Barb the tapes are " Beach Bodies Great Abs/Arms/Stretch/Legs/Buns " The Great Arms is the one I did. I think it was over 8 minutes, almost 10 or so. It was a VERY good tape. The instructor guy was VERY good, not annoying, he didn't talk too much, and he showed you how to work your muscles without weights (isometrics) or with weights. One gal had 5 pound dumbells, him and the other gal used isometrics. It was very thorough, worked out forearms, biceps, triceps, and some areas of the back. IT also worked your abs, as the guy kept stressing to keep your abs tight for back support. I'd really recommend this tape to anyone who wants to start off with weights and likes tapes. See I think the reason I was bored with weights before is I had nothing to follow and no guidance. This is an easy follow along, you can make it as hard as you want by adding different weights and maybe adding in reps if you need to do more time.
