Yesterday and today's workouts

Yesterday I ended up doing the 500 Calorie Workout. I really liked it. I had only done it twice before and wasn't sure if I would keep it or not. I couldn't seem to get the footwork down during the grapevine sequences and was losing step quite a bit.........probably a pms week:-) But I went ahead and tried it again last night and really enjoyed it. It didn't seem nearly as confusing so I was glad.

Today was weights for 30 mins and then cardio outside.

60# elevated bridge

25# kb clean and press

Ham glute raises

pike push ups

25# kb swings

chair dips

30# triceps

100# leg extensions

Abs mix

All in all a good couple of days:-) I have been pushing myself harder with the weights and doing just about everything now to the point of exhaustion. It feels good. I made myself a chocolate ice cream cone after my workout today. Haagen Daz Chocolate is my new favorite:-)

Has anyone tried Tight Buns and Killer Legs and would you recommend it? Also, Get Chiseled. I am in the mood to get a couple new dvd's and these sounded pretty good.

I know what you mean. I am not the most fancy footwork gal out there lol. I hate it when I try a workout and I spend more time looking at the t.v. trying to figure stuff out than actually working out:-)

I like the 500 Calorie Workout! I've only done it once but liked it a lot. I can't remember the choreography you mention but I'm sure I had my own difficulties with it, every week is a PMS week with me when it comes to choreography! Your hard work with all your workouts is awesome!
